Experience the magical nights of Lapland and dive into the world of night photography with a professional photographer and wilderness guide. You will learn about the elusive northern lights and the science behind the phenomena. We will cover the different aspects of night photography and the perfect settings for northern lights. I will teach you along the way and help you with your camera and settings.

Walking in the wilderness at night is a great experience on its own and seeing the northern lights dancing across the sky is truly a magical sight.

Info: available daily for 2-4 persons. The pick-up is between 20-21 pm depending on the weather and aurora activity. The starting time can be adjusted to suit your needs.

Price: 149 € / person, including taxes.

Fill in the form below and let me know the possible dates for the tour. I will go through the weather forecast and satellite data related to solar activity and suggest the best possible date for you so you have the highest chances to see the northern lights during your holiday. Payment via PayPal or bank transfer after we lock the date. Cancellations with full refund are possible three days before the tour.

A camera with a tripod is recommended to capture the northern lights but you can enjoy the tour without a camera also. No photography experience is needed for the tour.

Northern lights are a rare phenomenon and seeing them depends on many things such as solar activity and weather. I cannot guarantee that you see the auroras, but I will do my best to find the perfect time and place for you to look for them. Remember to wear warm clothing in the winter because it can get very cold during the nights. The temperature limit for the tour is -30 °C.
